Registering on hazynice is completely free — no registration fee or hidden charges. Here's what you need to open an account:

• Full name — Must match your National ID exactly (it will be verified during KYC).
• Date of birth — Minimum age of 18 is strictly required.

Under normal circumstances, your hazynice account balance is updated within 2–5 minutes of making a deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, delays can occur for a few reasons:

• If the mobile banking server is temporarily busy, it may take up to 10–15 minutes.
• If you send funds to the wrong number instead of hazynice's designated payment number, the balance will not be credited to your account.
• Providing the transaction reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory — without it, the balance cannot be added automatically.

What to do: First, check your bKash/Nagad message to confirm whether the transaction was successful. If your balance hasn't appeared after 20 minutes, contact Live Chat with your transaction ID, amount, and time. The support team can usually add it manually within 10 minutes. If the deposit failed (money was deducted but didn't reach your account), take a screenshot and send it to support — it's typically resolved within 48 hours. An Accumulator (also known as an Acca or Parlay) combines multiple matches into a single bet — the odds from each match are multiplied together, so a winning bet pays out significantly more than a standard single. Here's how to place an Accumulator on hazynice:

• Go to the match you want to bet on and click your preferred market (e.g., "Home Win") — it will be added to your betting slip.
• Add your second and third matches the same way — each selection will be stacked on your bet slip.
• Select the "Accumulator" or "Multi" tab at the bottom of your bet slip — all odds will multiply together and show your total potential winnings.
• Enter your stake amount and confirm.

You can add up to 20 events to a single Accumulator on hazynice. A minimum of 2 events is required for it to count as an Accumulator. Important: If even one match in your Accumulator is wrong, the entire bet is lost — so before building a large Acca, Betting tips Read it here.

You don't need to register separately to join hazynice tournaments and leaderboard competitions. Simply stay active on your account and place bets on the designated matches — you'll be entered automatically. That said, there are a few important rules to be aware of:

• Eligibility requirements: Each tournament has its own minimum bet amount and specific game categories — these will be listed in the tournament details.
• Points Calculation: Points are generally earned on bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher. Both Single and Accumulator bets are eligible for points.
• Leaderboard: After logging in, head to the "Tournaments" or "Promotions" section to see ongoing competitions and your current standing.
• Prize distribution: Once a tournament ends, prizes are credited directly to the winners' hazynice accounts — usually within 48 hours.
• Void Bets: Voided or cancelled bets are not counted toward point calculations.

hazynice's Live Casino lets you play with real dealers in real time — all streamed live via video. It runs on the same account as your Sports Betting account, so no separate membership is required. To get started:

• Log in to hazynice and go to the "Live Casino" section in the home page navigation.
• Choose your preferred game — Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, or Blackjack.
• Check the table's minimum bet amount — it typically starts from ৳100.
• Once you join a table, the dealer will welcome you. Set your stake and place your chips within the allotted time.

A few tips: If you're new to Live Casino, Baccarat is a great place to start — the rules are simple (Player, Banker, or Tie), and so is Dragon Tiger. A stable internet connection keeps the stream smooth; if your connection is slow, lower the video quality. The Live Casino works fully on the mobile app as well. Live Casino games are played from your main account balance — no separate deposit is needed.

Changing the interface language on hazynice is very straightforward. At the top or bottom of the page, you will find a language selection button — typically displayed as a flag icon or labeled "EN / BN". Clicking it brings up a list of available languages; simply select "Bengali" from the list. If you change the language while logged into your account, the preference is saved automatically, so the next time you log in the interface will display in Bengali by default. On the mobile app, you can change the language in the same way through the Settings menu:

• Tap the profile icon in the app.
• Go to "Settings".
• Under "Language", select "Bengali".
• Restart the app to complete the change.

If you have trouble changing the language, contact the support team in Bangla — they'll assist you right away.

Keeping Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled is strongly recommended — especially when your account has a balance. With 2FA, after entering your password you must also verify your login with an OTP sent to your mobile. This means even if your password is stolen, no one can get in. Steps to enable:

• Log in to hazynice and click on the profile icon.
• Go to the "Security Settings" section.
• Find the "Two-Factor Authentication" or "2FA" option and click the "Enable" button.
• A verification OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number — entering it will activate 2FA.

With 2FA enabled: Every time you log in, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your mobile after you enter your password. You must enter it within 5 minutes. If the OTP doesn't arrive, use the "Resend" option. Keep in mind: If you lose access to your registered mobile number or change it, notify the support team immediately — otherwise you may be locked out of your own account.
